Welcome to Hotel-Pension Funk!

Ideally situated in central Berlin, our guesthouse lies in a quiet and elegant side-street of the world-famous Kurfürstendamm. Hosted in a late 19th-century tenement house that was once home to silent movie star Asta Nielsen, our hotel-pension has a classic, 1920s era ambiance with the feel of an elegant private home. Many original features are still to be seen including decoratively covered ceilings and detailed Art Nouveau windows.

Our hotel-pension is in a prime location for exploring Berlin’s vibrant shopping and nightlife scenes. Cafes, boutiques and restaurants of Ku’damm are right around the corner, and the many galleries and major theaters are also well worth exploring. Ideal for families is a visit to the zoo which is a 10-minute walk away.
